This Lecture Series is organized in the framework of the 
European Network of excellence EWA (European Wind Tunnel 
Association) and is focused towards acoustic measurements 
in wind tunnels. Most of the courses will be giving by 
experts from the EWA network, which consists of 14 member 
organizations from 8 European countries. Topics that will 
be treated in details include: introductory courses on 
aeroacoustics, beam forming methods, acoustic holography, 
propellers, helicopters and rotors noise, jet noise, 
aeroacoustical analogy and design of wind tunnels for 
aeroacoustics. The course is addressed both to researchers 
and to engineers performing aeroacoustic measurements in 
wind tunnels but also to everybody who wants to review the 
state-of-art of the on-going activities on aeroacoustic 
measurements and analysis.
