Vehicle Thermal Management Course

The CD adapco Group will be holding a 3-day interactive course on Vehicle Thermal Management at the Plymouth, Michigan facility on April 8th - 10th.

The course is intended for engineers who have a need to perform complete vehicle underhood thermal management and passenger comfort studies.

The CFD modeling course will cover the topics listed below using STAR-CD, the leading automotive CFD code:

• Heat exchanger and fan modeling using the latest features and techniques
• Engine compartment analysis including thermal radiation
• Passenger comfort including solar radiation
• Windshield de-misting and de-icing
• Overview on the best meshing and modeling practices
