USERS MEETING NUMECA is pleased to announce its 7th User Meeting, which will be held in Brussels on the 15th and 16th of November 2011. This event will take place at the Renaissance hotel, in the heart of the EU district. You are kindly invited to join us for these 2 days of users’ presentations, product seminars and technical discussions, and to our dining event on November 15th. The event will be followed by two days of complementary advanced training workshops on 17th and 18th November Our keynote speaker, Luc Vervisch, will be making a presentation on "Turbulent Combustion Modeling and Mixing Time-History Effects in Large Eddy Simulation". Pr Vervisch's activities at INSA & CORIA are in numerical simulation of flames and combustion modeling. He is one of the leading worldwide experts in Direct Numerical Simulation (DNS) and Large Eddy Simulation (LES) techniques applied to turbulent combustion modeling. Please feel free to submit a presentation as we would be delighted to count you amongst our speakers this year. This is an opportunity for you to share your experience of the Numeca product line. Your presentation shall be submitted in a PowerPoint format using a template that will be provided to you before the event. The presentation time shall not exceed 20 minutes.
ADVANCED TRAINING WORKSHOP As part of our User Meeting we offer complimentary workshop sessions with products seminars and hands-on training sessions on the 17th and 18th of November 2011. These will take place at the Numeca Headquarters in Brussels. This is a great opportunity to discover and get acquainted with the NUMECA product line, and see all the benefits you can get from the latest versions available for your own applications.
