Description: | |
Beyond Process Simulation: Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) for the CPI and Pharmaceutical IndustryThe chemical process industry faces many challenges such as the rising costs of raw material and the need to develop processes and innovative products that meet safety regulation and performance demands. In addition, increased patent expiry, diversification and global competition drives the pharmaceutical industry towards continuous manufacturing, e.g. for the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) process. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) has been identified as a key enabling technology in finding solutions to many of these challenges. Please join us for a workshop coming to Rochelle Park, NJ on December 12th which covers the benefits of applying CFD in the chemical process and pharmaceutical industry. A group of guest speakers will share their experiences and discuss applications in the industry. A CFD specialist will demonstrate how you can:
