The majority of the conference will be devoted to presentations by FLOTHERM users describing practical case studies, validation studies and user experiences. Presenters span all sectors of the electronics industry. Presentations will focus on package-level, board-level, system-level and environmental-level simulations.

The FLOTHERM user community has grown to more than 3000 Engineers world-wide, making Flotherm the de-facto standard for thermal analysis of electronic systems.
