The goal of ICHMT's second "Transient Convective Heat and Mass Transfer in Single and Two-Phase Flows" symposium is to gather and enlarge the present studies concerning convective heat and mass transfer with time-dependent boundary conditions (thermal and/or dynamical, moving boundaries): fundamentals, experimental and numerical techniques, industrial applications.
TOPICS OF INTEREST:
All kind of problems due to conditions varying with time (sudden, regular or random):
- Forced, mixed and natural convection
- Boiling, condensation, two-phase flows
- Thermosolutal convection
- Porous media
- Heat exchangers, thermal networks and pathologies
- Unstabilities, stability criteria
- Fast transient convective processes
