Description: | |
Web Seminar: Cooling of a Wind Power Station IGBT Karim Segond, is a freelancer who works with many of the marketing leading CFD softwares available, however, he prefers to works with software based on Cartesian mesh, such as FloEFD as he finds that it gives him a distinct competitive advantage over many of his customers. In this presentation, Karim will be looking at the cooling design of an IGBT in a wind power station. FloEFD will be used for the thermal calculations of the IGBT-Transistor modules and then compared with test results. Karim has considerable knowledge in the cooling of electrical machines and power electronic components, so sign up now for this presentation where you will be able to ask him for advice on your own projects at a live question and answer session at the end.
