In this workshop, we will consider in some detail the three modelling
approaches to multiphase flows using the CFD software STAR-CD; (a) the Lagrangian particle model, (b) the
Eulerian multiphase model and (c) the Volume of Fluid (VOF) model. A wide range of industrial examples will be
used to illustrate the applications of these models.
