Siemen's Hosts Simcenter STAR-CCM+ Co-Creation Workshop
|
The underlying question: “Why is this design better than
another?” can usually be answered by doing comparative data
analysis based on quantitative and qualitative data.
Regarding qualitative data analysis, there are exciting ways
to compare data (for example pixel-by-pixel and/or 3D
surface mapping and interpolation). The intent of this event
is to gather use cases and feedback for the different
comparison methods and workflows.

Description: |
Join us for the Simcenter STAR-CCM+ Co-creation event,
hosted by Simcenter Product Manager, Jan Olthoff; Amanda
Petersen, Innovation Community Lead and Kerri Williams,
Ideation Program Manager. We'll explore comparative data
analysis in Simcenter STAR-CCM+ and work together to refine
its next iteration.
In many simulation campaigns it is necessary to run hundreds
of designs to narrow down to the best one. To analyze the
performance of an individual design with respect to the
previously run designs, you need powerful tools available to
do the comparison. These comparisons can be done on
quantitative data (numbers, tables) or on qualitative data
(images, 2D/3D surfaces and volumes).
By participating in this event, you'll have the opportunity
to network with other professionals in the industry and gain
insights into the latest trends and innovations in
Simcenter.
