This one day CFD seminar gives examples of how CFX has been successfully applied to projects ranging from offshore/exploration studies downstream to complex refinery processes. This day is aimed at engineers, scientists and researchers who would like to know more about the use and benefits of CFD in these areas. A selection of case studies and software demonstrations will be presented on applications including:
Downhole drilling, erosion modelling, pipeline flows, flow assurance, liquid sloshing, phase separation, fire modelling and gas dispersion in the offshore/exploration area and
Distillation columns, packed beds, fluidised catalytic cracking and reforming for complex refinery processes.
Admission is free. Lunch refreshments and presentation CD are included.
