We are inviting applications for the position of Research Assistant (RA) for a research project funded by the Council of Science and Technology, Uttar Pradesh. The project focuses on the development of a robust and smart battery thermal management system specifically tailored for the North-Indian region.

Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct experimental research related to battery thermal management systems.
    Perform numerical simulations using ANSYS/COMSOL to model and analyze thermal systems.
    Integrate control systems into the thermal management system.
    Collaborate with team members and contribute to project reports and publications.
    Assist in guiding and mentoring junior researchers and students involved in the project.

Minimum Qualifications:

    M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
    Strong background in experimental research and hands-on laboratory work.
    Proficiency in numerical simulations using software such as ANSYS and/or COMSOL.
    Knowledge of control systems and their application in thermal management.

Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience in battery thermal management or related areas.
    Publications in relevant peer-reviewed journals or conferences.
    A strong desire to pursue a Ph.D. at AMU during the project tenure.

Salary: ₹28,000 per month

Duration: 3 years
