hi to all. here i want to discus the cavitation effect in hydrodynamic journal bearing. can anyone help me about this phenomenon. 1. the boundary condition that putting pressure equals to cavitation pressure of fluid (generally in Reynold's nondimensional eqation equals to zero) is it sufficient or appropriate. 2. separation of boundary layer of fluid & formation of instable whirls wats r their effect?
